YSR Law Nestham Stipend Amount

Under AP YSR Law Nestham Scheme, an amount of ₹5,000 per month is provided as stipend to junior advocates and lawyers, for a period of three years from start of their law practice. Junior lawyers remain eligible for stipend for remaining part of three year period, unless first three years from commencement of practice already stand completed. In case a lawyer quits practice or takes up another job, concerned authorities must be informed, and certificates filed with Bar Council need to be kept there for 2 years after registration.
