West Bengal government has launched a new Didi Ke Bolo Portal at didikebolo.com. CM Mamata Banerjee herself has started this campaign in order to reach out to people. A new Didi Ke Bolo contact number 9137091370 and website www.didikebolo.com has been started. People can now fill contact form at the official website.
People can now check the contact number and raise their complaint / problem at the 9137091370 phone number. This is the 1st of its kind initiative announced by the Trinamool Congress (TMC) led state government. The main focus of this campaign is on strengthening the party’s connect at the grassroot level, what was once its stronghold.

This number was sent to me by 14 December 2020. The 2nd number is – EF5794634, was sent to me by 08 January 2021. But still pending my problem. (I need a government job in any department. I have 3 years of experience in computer (DATA ANALYSIS). Specially in EXCEL. Request to all concerned persons, please help with the issue as soon as possible.
Didi, with profound regards and due honour, I Col Nirupam Devnath, a resident of Purba Diganta, Santoshpur, Kolkata 700075, like to inform that sometime in December 2019, I registered a grievance, ID No DKB 97175034W, regarding non-payment of Rs 50000/- advance paid to Mr Tapan Das, for catering services for marriage of my daughter. I have not yet received the advance money. I was told that erroneously the grievance was forwarded to Nadia, where it was laying with out any action was initiated. I was told this in August, 2020. Thereafter, the same was forwarded to Kolkata. I got a call from Public Grievance Cell, Lal Bazar in beginning Feb 2021 that the case has now been transferred to PS, Survey Park. I had a call from SI P Bhagwar on 15 February 2021 and then on 22 February 2021 mentioning that money would be returned by 10 March, 2021.The shop of Mr Tapan Das located at 28, Aswini Nagar, Kolkata 700040 (mobile No 7980959583 / 9830585149) falls under PS Regent Park. I have not yet got the refund of advance. PS Survey Park is not responding and not intimating present position of the matter. With all due respect I am writing this letter to inform you about the ROAD’S AT MY LOCALITY Kolkata Ward no 122 ( near Sodepur Shani Mandir-Anirban Sangha Club). Due to multiple road repairing constructions the roads outside our locality is in a miserable condition Sir! as a result local members are facing difficulty is parking bikes, or even walking . Moreover, I myself faced a minor accident while stepping out of my house due to pothole that has formed on the road .
It is difficult to walk in the town because of these conditions and this matter needs be to paid attention to, and resolved as soon as possible.
I hope you will acknowledge the situation and repair the roads instantly.
