Madhya Pradesh government is running Sparsh Abhiyan for poor and destitute divyang people who need corrective surgery. Eligible people get their surgery costs paid or reimbursed, and the family income limit for this help stays at ₹96,000 per year in 2026.
Surgeries covered under this scheme include eye, ear, bone and leprosy related corrections. Social Justice and Disabled Welfare Department, Madhya Pradesh runs it through the SPARSH portal at sparsh.mp.gov.in and the district offices.
Sparsh Abhiyan Corrective Surgery Scheme in Madhya Pradesh
Sparsh Abhiyan gives money help to divyang people whose families cannot pay for surgery on their own. The money comes from district level funds such as District Red Cross Society, Rogi Kalyan Samiti and the district destitute fund. So a poor family does not have to arrange lakhs of rupees for an operation.
District administration handles the whole process. Joint Director or Deputy Director, Panchayat and Social Justice takes the application at district level, the medical college or district hospital checks the case, and the District Collector gives the final approval. Applications are accepted through the year, there is no fixed last date.
