Raising and Accelerating MSME Performance (RAMP) Interventions helps small and medium enterprises in Dadra and Nagar Haveli and Daman and Diu cover the costs of raising equity capital through SME Exchanges. Government of India, with support from the World Bank, runs this intervention through the Department of Industries, and it supports businesses listed on NSE Emerge or BSE SME under SEBI guidelines.
The scheme gives one-time financial support of up to ₹15,00,000 or the actual cost, whichever is lower, for expenses such as listing fees, statutory charges and professional service costs. The latest rules were published in the DNH&DD Raising and Accelerating MSME Performance Interventions, 2026 notification issued in January 2026, and applications are accepted on the official web portal swp.dddgov.in.
Raising and Accelerating MSME Performance (RAMP) Interventions: Assistance for Small and Medium Enterprises to Raise Capital Through SME Exchange - Introduction
The RAMP programme is a central scheme of the Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises and runs from 2022 to 2027. It is made to improve the productivity, competitiveness and resilience of MSMEs across the country. In this Union Territory, the Department of Industries implements the scheme through the District Industries Centre (DIC).
Eligible small and medium enterprises get help with IPO-related costs such as initial and annual listing fees, regulatory charges and the fees of merchant bankers, auditors and legal advisors. This one-time support is given only after the enterprise completes its listing on a recognized SME Exchange. The whole process, from submission of a complete application to payment, is finished within 90 days.
