Benefits
- Loan up to ₹50 lakh: Individual women entrepreneurs and women self-help groups can apply for loan assistance up to ₹50 lakh.
- Loan up to ₹1 crore: SHG clusters and federations can apply for loan assistance up to ₹1 crore.
- 25% subsidy: Eligible applicants get subsidy equal to 25% of the sanctioned loan amount.
- 30% subsidy for special categories: SC, ST, widow, deserted woman, victim of violence and disabled woman applicants get 30% subsidy.
- Maximum subsidy: The maximum subsidy limit is ₹15 lakh.
- Business areas covered: Industry, service, trade, dairy, agriculture-based enterprise and other eligible activities are covered.
- Collateral-free loan: Collateral is not required for loans up to ₹10 lakh as per RBI norms.
- CGTMSE cover: Loans above ₹10 lakh may be linked with CGTMSE. The guarantee fee has to be paid by the beneficiary.
- Building or workshop cost: Loan for workshop or building construction is allowed only up to 20% of the sanctioned project proposal amount.
- Trade loan limit: For wholesale or retail purchase-sale activity, the maximum loan limit is ₹10 lakh.
Own Contribution
The applicant must add her own contribution in the project cost. The portal shows the following minimum contribution limits:
- Up to ₹50,000 project cost: 5%
- Up to ₹10 lakh project cost: 5%
- Up to ₹50 lakh project cost: 10%
- Above ₹50 lakh project cost: 15%
Eligibility
- The applicant must be a woman.
- The applicant must be at least 18 years old.
- The applicant must be a permanent resident of Rajasthan.
- The business must be located in Rajasthan.
- Women self-help groups must be registered with the relevant state government department or agency.
- SHG clusters or federations must be registered as per applicable rules, including the Cooperative Act where required.
- New business, expansion, diversification and modernisation proposals are allowed.
- For an existing enterprise, Udyam registration is advised before applying.
Who Is Not Eligible?
The applicant or group will not be eligible in these cases:
- The applicant or family member has taken benefit under another central or state employment-oriented grant scheme in the last 5 years.
- The applicant, husband or minor children are loan defaulters with any bank or financial institution.
- The business involves meat products, liquor, intoxicants or explosive substances.
- The business involves non-recyclable polythene or environmentally harmful plastic products.
- The business activity is banned by the central or state government.
- The proposal includes a transport vehicle with on-road price above ₹10 lakh.

- Login with your SSO ID and password. New users must register first.
- Open the Mukhyamantri Nari Shakti Udyam Protsahan Yojana portal.
- Click on the Apply option.
- Select applicant type, such as individual woman entrepreneur, self-help group, SHG cluster, federation, firm or company.
- Select enterprise type, such as new enterprise, expansion, diversification or modernisation.
- Fill applicant details, address, business details, project cost and proposed financial institution details.
- Upload required documents.
