Farmers of India can now check their PM Kisan PFMS Status for the 21st Installment online. The government has released the installment, and beneficiaries can visit the PFMS portal to track their DBT payment status. Under this installment, ₹2000 will be credited directly into the bank accounts of 9.7 crore farmers via Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT).
Farmers need to enter their application number, beneficiary code, or account number on the Public Financial Management System (PFMS) portal to check the payment status online.
How to Check PFMS Status for PM Kisan Installments Payment?
STEP 1: All the farmers who want to check the PM Kisan PFMS Status are requested to visit the official PFMS website.
STEP 2: Once the farmers reach the homepage of the official website they must click on the option called “DBT Payment Status” available on the homepage.
STEP 3: Now the farmers must select PM Kisan in the category option along with the bank name and captcha code.

STEP 4: Now the farmers must enter either one of their beneficiary codes, account numbers, or application IDs.
STEP 5: After entering all the information the farmers muscular review with anti on the option “submit” to complete their process.

What is PFMS Portal?
Public Financial Management System (PFMS) is an official portal of the Ministry of Finance, Government of India. It was launched in 2009 to track fund disbursement under various government schemes. The PFMS portal helps beneficiaries track their DBT payment status online with ease.
What is PM Kisan Yojana
Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi (PM-KISAN) scheme is a flagship program by the Government of India aimed at providing financial aid to small and marginal farmers. Since its launch, it has contributed significantly to improving the financial stability of farmers by enhancing their income and encouraging investment in agriculture.
Under this scheme, eligible farmers receive ₹6000 annually, disbursed in three equal installments of ₹2000 each. The 20th installment of PM Kisan Yojana was released on 2nd August 2025 and 2st installment has been released for Punjab, Himachal Pradesh, Haryana and Jammu Kashmir Farmers.
