Haryana Labour Disabled Pension Scheme for Persons with Disabilities Conditions

People can follow the below mentioned conditions to avail financial aid under Labour Welfare Board Disabled Pension Scheme in Haryana:-

• All the labourers must be registered with at-least 1 year membership / subscription.
• In the identity certificate of the registered laborers, registration fees and updated subscription amount is to be mentioned.
• Candidates must produced Disability Certificate (70% to 100% permanent disability) issued by the Health department of Haryana.
• सामाजिक न्याय एवं अधिकारिता विभाग द्वारा जारी अनापत्ति प्रमाण पत्र अपलोड करना आवश्यक है।
• आनलाइन आवेदन में निर्दिष्ट घोषणा पत्र कि आवेदक किसी भी अन्य सरकारी विभाग/बोर्ड/निगम/संस्था से पैंशन प्राप्त नहीं कर रहा है पूर्णरूप से भरकर अपलोड करना आवश्यक है।
• लाभार्थी को प्रत्येक वर्ष नवम्बर के महीने में जीवन प्रमाण पत्र अपलोड करना एवं निर्धारित अंशदान जमा करवाना अनिवार्य है।
