Sir में SC हूँ और 10th क्लास में पड़ता हूँ सरकारी स्कूल में मैने दिल्ली e-District से online ID बना कर apply किया थ स्कॉलरशिप के लिये पर फॉर्म नही भरा गाया उस साइड पर लिख था कि आप 18+ के नही हो इसलिये आप इस फॉर्म को नही भर सकते हो। तो आप मुझे बताओ कि में अपना स्कॉलरशिप का फॉर्म कैसे भर सकता हूँ। sir please जवाब दे।
