Chhattisgarh State Pharmacy Council (CSPC) is the statutory body that registers, renews and manages pharmacists in the state under the Pharmacy Act of 1948. CSPC now accepts new registrations, renewals and other services through its official portal at online.cspc.in, so pharmacists and pharmacy students can complete the whole process from home.

The online pharmacist registration system was launched on 4 September 2024 by the Health and Family Welfare Minister of Chhattisgarh. The online renewal facility for all registered pharmacists was later opened on 3 May 2025. Chhattisgarh Pharmacy Council Online Registration Process

The registration process through the CSPC online portal is easy to follow. These are the steps to apply for a new registration.

STEP 1 - Go to the official Chhattisgarh Pharmacy Council online portal at online.cspc.in and click on the Enter Website button as shown below.

STEP 2 - On the next page, click on the Apply for New Registration button as shown in the image below.

STEP 3 - Read the guidelines and instructions shown on the next page carefully, then click on the Proceed to registration button at the bottom of the instructions page.

STEP 4 - Fill out the application form with your personal details and contact information, choose a password and click on the Proceed to Next Step button.

STEP 5 - Upload the scanned copies of the required documents in the next step. The documents you need are listed below.

• Educational certificates for D.Pharm, B.Pharm and Pharm.D applicants
• Mark sheets of 10th, 12th and the pharmacy degree certificate
• Identity proof such as the Aadhaar card
• Domicile certificate of Chhattisgarh, which is required
• Passport-sized photograph in JPEG format under 200 KB
• Signature scanned in JPEG format under 100 KB
• Affidavit for out-of-state candidates and transfer cases
• NOC for pharmacists registered with another state council
• Self-declaration form

STEP 6 - Pay the application fee through the payment gateway using debit card, credit card, net banking or UPI. The fee is accepted only through online payment.

STEP 7 - Review the application to make sure all details are correct, then submit the form. You will get an application reference number and an application ID on your registered email and mobile number for future tracking.

Documents Required Based on Qualification

For Degree Holders (B.Pharm)

1. Mark sheets of all semesters or years.
2. 10th and 12th class mark sheets.
3. Chhattisgarh domicile certificate.
4. Aadhaar card.
5. Passport-size photo.
6. Scanned signature.
7. Affidavit and self-declaration form.

For Diploma Holders (D.Pharm)

1. Mark sheets of Part I and II.
2. Pharmacist's practical training certificate.
3. 10th and 12th class mark sheets.
4. Chhattisgarh domicile certificate.
5. Aadhaar card.
6. Passport-size photo and signature.
7. Affidavit, if applicable.

For Pharm.D Holders

1. Pharm.D course mark sheets.

How to Check Your Application Status

After submitting your application, you can track its status by following these steps.

1. Log in to your account at online.cspc.in.
2. Click on Track Application after logging in.
3. Enter your application number if required and view the status.

Important Guidelines

Keep these points in mind while filling out the online application form.

• Upload all documents, mark sheets and certificates in PDF format only, with each scanned A4 page under 1 MB.
• The photograph must be in JPEG format under 200 KB, with a width of 250 pixels and a height of 300 pixels.
• The signature must be in JPEG format under 100 KB, with a width of 200 pixels and a height of 100 pixels.
• Applications with unclear photos or without the fee payment will be rejected.
• Once the fee is paid, no changes can be made to the application, and the fee is not refundable.
