Haryana government runs Atmanirbhar Haryana Portal for economic and banking services at banking.haryana.gov.in. Eligible people can apply online for bank loans under Haryana Interest Waiver Scheme, book bank slots for cash deposit or withdrawal, and access postal banking services for cash delivery of minimum Rs. 1,000 to maximum Rs. 10,000 at home for Aadhaar linked accounts.
The portal is run by the Finance Department, Government of Haryana. It helps needy people become self-sufficient in the spirit of Antyodaya. People can take bank loans without any collateral, and 2% of the interest amount is borne by the state government. Through this portal, people can avail 3 types of loans under the Differential Rate of Interest (DRI) Scheme, Shishu Mudra Loan Scheme and Education Loan Scheme.

Haryana Interest Waiver Scheme Components
People can now apply online for bank loans under Haryana Interest Waiver Scheme at Atmanirbhar Haryana portal. These loans are given in 3 categories namely DRI Yojana, Shishu loans under Mudra Yojana and Education Loan.
DRI Loan Yojana
Under the Differential Rate of Interest Loan Scheme (DRI), applicants get collateral free loans. For this purpose, applicants must be a permanent resident of Haryana. The annual family income of the applicants in rural areas must not exceed Rs. 18,000 and in urban areas must not exceed Rs. 24,000. The candidates must not be receiving any subsidy benefits from any central / state government scheme. The beneficiaries must not have alternative source of income if DRI loan is present with the applicant. The DRI loan application form will appear as shown below at the Atmanirbhar Haryana portal:-
There must not be any property in the name of the applicant. Applicant must not have irrigated land of more than 1 acre and un-irrigated land of 2.5 acre. SC / ST category people are eligible for loans. Furthermore, applicants must not be a loan defaulter. The requirement of a family income certificate has been simplified by linking Aadhaar with Parivar Pehchan Patra.
Shishu Loan under Mudra Yojana
In case a person or businessman wants to start a new business or expand their existing business then through this Atmanirbhar Haryana Portal, people can get loan upto Rs. 50,000 without any guarantee as Shishu Loan under Mudra Yojana. For this purpose, applicant must be a permanent resident of Haryana. The Shishu loan application form under Mudra Yojana will appear as shown below at the Atmanirbhar Haryana portal:-
Applicant can be an individual / owner / partnership business / LLP / Private / Public Limited company. All those companies who are involved in manufacturing, trade, service sector enterprises, MSMEs are eligible. Furthermore, applicant firm must not be a loan defaulter.
Education Loan
Students residing in Haryana who have availed the education loan after January 1 2015, the loan interest for all such students charged from the month of April 2020 to June 2020, would be borne by the state government.
