National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC) invites ASEEM Portal Registration 2024 and login from skilled employees / employers at smis.nsdcindia.org. Through this Artificial Intelligence (AI) based digital platform, migrant workers would be able to find jobs as per their skill sets. Aseem makes it easy to find jobs near you. Skill India announces the launch of Atmanirbhar Skilled Employee Employer Mapping (A.S.E.E.M) portal to help skilled workforce to find job opportunities. This digital platform will be extremely beneficial to both employee and employer. The ASEEM portal will map details of workers based on regions and local industry demands and will bridge demand-supply gap of skilled workforce across sectors.
ASEEM portal is a skill management information system which will provide employers a platform to assess the availability of skilled workforce and formulate their hiring plans. It refers to all the data, trends and analytics which describe the workforce market and map demand of skilled workforce to supply.

The only requirement to get employment is your mobile number.
People can download Aseem app to see details of all jobs close to your location. Other details of jobs like monthly salary, job location, required qualifications is also available. Moreover, one of the executives will call the registered persons and help in finding new job without any fees. This app will enable skilled employees to start working at new company within 5 days.

Official Launch of NSDC Aseem Portal by MSDE
Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship (MSDE) had launched NSDC Aseem Portal on 10 July 2020. While launching the portal, MSDE Minister Dr Mahendra Nath Pandey said, the ASEEM portal has been envisioned to give a huge impetus to our persistent efforts to bridge the demand-supply gap for skilled workforce. This would help in bringing limitless and infinite opportunities for the youth.
The Atmanirbhar Skilled Employee Employer Mapping initiative also aims at accelerating India’s journey towards recovery by mapping skilled workforce and connecting them with relevant livelihood opportunities especially in the post COVID era. ASEEM will be used as a match-making engine to map skilled workers with the jobs available.
