AP Rythu Runa Mafi Yojana List 2026 and Loan Status Check - Scheme Closed

Andhra Pradesh government had launched AP Rythu Runa Mafi Yojana list years back, which could be checked online on the official website at apcbsportal.ap.gov.in. AP Rythu Runa Mafi Yojana was a farm loan waiver scheme under which the state government waived off Rs. 3600 Crore of farmers' loans in the state in its final phase.

Notice for readers: This scheme has been closed. It was a one-time farm loan waiver rolled out between 2014 and 2018 under the earlier state government, and there is no new phase or 2026 update for it. Andhra Pradesh government announced a fresh farm loan waiver of around Rs. 43,000 Crore in 2024, with December 2, 2025 as the cut-off date for eligible loans, but this is a separate scheme from the old Rythu Runa Mafi Yojana covered in this article. Farmers looking for current loan waiver support should check with their bank or the state agriculture department for the latest scheme details.

Government had paid the loan waiver under AP Rythu Runa Mafi Yojana starting 9th October with 10% interest for two years. Under the third list of Rythu Runa Mafi Yojana, about 36.72 lakh farmers got benefit from the farm loan waiver.
