STEP 1: Visit the official Bhu Bharati portal at bhubharati.telangana.gov.in
STEP 2: On the homepage, click on the Login option under Transactional Services to open the citizen login page at bhubharati.telangana.gov.in/Citizen
STEP 3: New users can click on the registration / sign up option to open the Bhu Bharati registration form.
STEP 4: Enter the mobile number and name, then click on the Get OTP button.
STEP 5: Enter the OTP received on the mobile and complete the registration. After this, log in with the mobile number and password to apply for the required service.
Services at Bhu Bharati Portal
Bhu Bharati groups the services into six main modules, which makes it easier to find the right service than the earlier Dharani portal. The main modules are given below.

Also, recently I put a NRI - GPA application online for the purpose of selling lands (my mother is GPA holder). It goes to collector, once approved you can use GPA holder to sell the land. my questions are
Q1 Does GPA holder need to do and eKYC or biometrics. If yes What location Meeseva or Tahasildar office. What kind of biometrics are needed.
Q2 does she need the present Pattadar passbook in Tahasildar Office at the time of selling (registration) or not necessary.
Q3 can Tahasil Office people see Pattadar passbook No. online.
