State government of Odisha has reopened Subhadra Yojana online applications from 1st November 2025. Now more eligible women can apply online on Subhadra Portal and avail scheme benefits. The new phase has been launched after successful implementation of the earlier phases of the scheme.
Subhadra Yojana, started by the Women and Child Development Department (WCD) of Odisha Govt, helps women in Odisha to become financially strong and independent.
Subhadra Yojana 2025 – Latest Update
Deputy Chief Minister Pravati Parida has officially confirmed that the Subhadra Yojana portal is live again for new registrations. This time, the focus is on covering women who missed the previous phase. Updated rules and eligibility conditions have been issued to make the process fair and clear for all applicants.
- Online application process reopened from 1st November 2025.
- Women aged between 21 (As of 1st April 2025) and 60 years can apply.
- Applicants who are 20 years old but will soon turn 21 can also register. Their approval will be confirmed after they reach 21 years.
- Districts where Model Code of Conduct is active are temporarily excluded from this round.

How to Apply Online for Subhadra Yojana @ subhadra.odisha.gov.in
Below is the complete step by step process of Subhadra Yojana online application.
STEP 1: Visit the official portal subhadra.odisha.gov.in
STEP 2: On the homepage, click on the “Citizen Login” or “Application Status” option on the top right corner of the homepage.
STEP 3: Enter your Aadhaar number on the next page, accept the declaration and click on Login.

STEP 4: Upload the required documents like ID proof, age certificate, and bank account details.
STEP 5: Review all information once again carefully and click on the “Submit” button.
STEP 6: Save the registration number or acknowledgment slip to check your status later.
Each application will go through a digital verification system to check the accuracy of details and to approve genuine applications faster.
Apply Offline for Subhadra Yojana
Interested women can also visit the nearest common service centers or MO Seba Kendra along with all the required documents to apply for this scheme.
Verification Process and Data Checking
Women and Child Development Department is working closely with the Higher Education Department and the Department of SC, ST & Minorities to verify all records. Data of beneficiaries from financial years 2023-24 and 2024-25 (excluding arrears) is also being checked again. Any woman found receiving ₹18,000 or more in these years will be excluded as per new rules.

Applications for this scheme will be invited till 30th November 2025.
Eligibility Criteria for Subhadra Yojana Online applications
Before applying online, women must read and follow the eligibility rules given below:
- Applicant must be a permanent woman resident of Odisha.
- Age should be between 21 and 60 years.
- Women already getting ₹18,000 or more yearly from scholarships or other government schemes will not be eligible.
- Those having vehicles, more than 5 acres of land, or who have filed income tax returns may not qualify under this phase.
Who Cannot Apply under Subhadra Yojana
To make sure the help goes to the right people, the government has set some restrictions. Women who already get more than ₹18,000 in a year through scholarships or similar schemes (state or central) are not allowed to apply again. This helps stop duplication and keeps the support focused on women who really need it.
