MP Jeevan Shakti Yojana Registration / Login / List: Madhya Pradesh government had invited applications under MP Jeevan Shakti Yojana (जीवन शक्ति योजना), a scheme that let women register and log in at maskupmp.mp.gov.in to make cotton masks from home. State govt started this Women Mask Scheme application to raise mask production at home. Jeevan Shakti Scheme was meant to remove mask shortage and give work to women entrepreneurs.

Note: This was a one-time scheme started during the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020. There is no 2026 update on Jeevan Shakti Yojana from Madhya Pradesh government, and the scheme appears to be closed now. This page is kept below for reference only.

State govt of MP had launched Jeevan Shakti Yojana after making it required for everyone to wear a mask during the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic. Former CM Shivraj Singh Chouhan had launched this scheme called Jeevan Shakti Yojna for women living in urban areas so they could earn money by making masks.

MP state government used to deposit Rs. 11 for each mask made under Jeevan Shakti Yojana (Women Mask Scheme) into women's bank accounts. Women earned money as well as goodwill by making masks. Wearing a mask was one of the main ways to fight Coronavirus at that time.

Below is the process that used to apply for MP Jeevan Shakti Yojana online (kept for reference, portal may not be active anymore).

STEP 1 - Visit the official website at https://maskupmp.mp.gov.in/

STEP 2 - At the homepage, click at the "महिला उद्यमी पंजीयन करें" link as shown below:-

STEP 3 - Direct Link - http://maskupmp.mp.gov.in/registerNewAccount

STEP 4 - MP Jeevan Shakti Yojana online registration form used to appear as shown below:-

STEP 5 - Applicants had to enter details like mobile number, women entrepreneur details, present address, mask making capacity and bank details, then click at the "सेव करें" button to complete registration.

STEP 6 - After registration, candidates could log in using the link https://maskupmp.mp.gov.in/login

State govt of Madhya Pradesh had followed the IITT (I²T²) model based on identification, isolation, testing and treatment to tackle COVID-19 at that time.

MP Jeevan Shakti Yojana Registration at Call Centers

Women who wanted to make masks could register at call centers run by MP govt. at 0755-2700800. People could give bank account details so payment reached their account directly. Women then got orders on their mobile phones (a starting order of 200 masks) during the Coronavirus (COVID-19) lockdown. The hand made masks were made of cotton cloth. After making the masks, women had to deposit them with nodal officers in urban bodies. Each woman was paid based on the number of masks made. Through this scheme, women who lost work due to the COVID-19 lockdown got some income.

Important Points for MP Women Mask Scheme Application

All applicants had to remember certain points while filling the MP Women Mask Scheme online application form:-

1. For women entrepreneurs of urban areas, Jeevan Shakti Yojana registration was done on the portal using aadhaar number or mobile number.
2. While filling the Women Mask Scheme online application form, bank account details had to be entered for registration.
3. At the time of registration, total monthly mask making capacity had to be entered.
4. After completing the MP Jeevan Shakti Yojana application process, registration number, user ID and password were sent to the registered mobile number.

Mask price was decided by the state government and masks were procured at district level. The distribution of masks to MP citizens was also carried out at district level.

There were mainly 3 reasons to start Jeevan Shakti Yojana (women mask scheme) in Madhya Pradesh:-

A) Remove Mask Shortage: Main aim of this scheme was to keep up supply of masks, which were required to tackle Coronavirus (COVID-19) spread.

B) Quality of Masks: Quality of hand made masks was quite good compared to ready-made masks sold in the market. So to get people to use hand-made masks against this disease, govt started Jeevan Shakti Yojana.

C) Giving Work Opportunities: This Women Mask Scheme gave work opportunities to housewives and women entrepreneurs who were sitting at home during the nation-wide Coronavirus lockdown. Women could make masks and earn a decent amount while staying at home.

MP state govt wanted to keep up supply of masks at lower cost for its citizens. Also, work opportunities for women increased through this scheme. Women entrepreneurs could register on the Jeevan Shakti portal to start making masks, since Coronavirus spreads through droplets in the air, and masks help prevent this.

कोरोना वायरस से बचाव के लिए प्रदेश के नागरिकों को अधिकाधिक संख्या एवं कम कीमत में मास्क उपलब्ध कराने साथ ही, प्रदेश के शहरी क्षेत्रों की महिला उद्यमियों के रोजगार के अवसरों में वृद्धि करने के उद्देश्य से जीवन शक्ति योजना लागू की गई थी। इस योजना के तहत शहरी क्षेत्रों की महिला उद्यमी इस पोर्टल पर अपना पंजीयन कर मास्क निर्माण का कार्य प्रारंभ कर सकती थीं। महिलाओं द्वारा निर्मित मास्क मध्य प्रदेश शासन द्वारा निर्धारित दर पर जिले स्तर पर क्रय किया जाता था। क्रय सामग्री के विक्रय हेतु जिले स्तर पर आवश्यक कार्यवाही की जाती थी।
