- 183 sqm plots, 4 plots, registration amount ₹6.63 lakh.
- 184 sqm plots, 4 plots, registration amount ₹6.67 lakh.
- 200 sqm plots, 481 plots, registration amount ₹7.25 lakh.
- 223 sqm plots, 6 plots, registration amount ₹8.08 lakh.
- 290 sqm plots, 2 plots, registration amount ₹10.51 lakh.
Plots in preferential locations such as park facing, corner, green belt or facing a road of 18 metres or more carry an extra 5% premium as preferential location charges. Plots are allotted on a 90-year lease starting from the date of lease deed.
Reservation in YEIDA Plot Scheme 2026
Reservation has been kept for farmers and local business owners under the scheme.
- 17.5% plots reserved for farmers whose land was acquired for Yamuna area and Noida International Airport development.
- 5% plots reserved for businessmen running functional industrial units in the authority area.

Eligibility for YEIDA Plot Scheme 2026
Applicants must be at least 18 years old and can apply for only one plot under the scheme. Persons already allotted a residential plot or flat under any earlier YEIDA scheme were not eligible to apply.
