How to Apply

The application is done online through the Digital Gujarat Portal. Follow these steps:

STEP 1 - Go to the Digital Gujarat Portal at https://www.digitalgujarat.gov.in/ and click on 'Register' if you are a new user, or log in with your Mobile Number or Email ID if you already have an account.

STEP 2 - After logging in, click on 'My Profile' to fill in your personal details and complete the OTP verification on your registered mobile number.

STEP 3 - Under the 'Services' section, select 'Scholarship Services' and then click on the 'SC Scheme' option.

STEP 4 - Select the Financial Year 2026-27 and click on 'Change Financial Year'.

STEP 5 - Choose the Swami Vivekanand Scholarship scheme, read the instructions carefully, and click 'Continue to Service'.

STEP 6 - Fill in all the required fields, upload the needed documents, review your form, and submit by clicking 'Confirm & Final Submit'.

Only one application per student is accepted. Submitting more than one application, either from a single institute or from multiple institutes, will lead to total rejection by the competent authority. The student must fill the form carefully as there is no provision for institution change after successful submission, so do check everything before finalizing.
