Eligibility

Application Process

STEP 1 - Visit the PIPDIC website and click on "Login." Choose the new customer option to create an account using a unique email and password. After verifying the email with the OTP, log in and fill in profile details under the "Edit Profile" section.

STEP 2 - Open the "Applications" tab on the dashboard. Read the terms about interest rates and collateral carefully, accept them, and complete the digital application form. Upload all the KYC and project documents as asked on the screen.

  • Identity and residence proof of all promoters, such as PAN, Voter ID, Ration Card, Aadhaar, and Bank Passbook.
  • Financial statements for the last 3 years for existing units.
  • Site and security papers such as Title Deeds, Encumbrance Certificates (30 years), Valuation Certificates, FMB copies, and Patta copies.
