Eligibility

STEP 1 - Visit the official portal at myrkcl.com/wcdnew and click on the option to start a new application.
STEP 2 - Enter your Jan Aadhaar number along with the security code and click on Get Details.
STEP 3 - Select your name from the list of members linked to the Jan Aadhaar and enter the OTP sent to your registered mobile number.
STEP 4 - Choose the RS-CSEP course and select your district, tehsil, and at least two preferred training centers.
STEP 5 - Your personal and address details will be fetched from the Jan Aadhaar database. Provide an alternate mobile number and email ID, which are required for the RS-CSEP course.
STEP 6 - Select your Legislative Assembly area and say whether it is rural or urban. Enter the required details for your village or ward.
STEP 7 - Fill in your category and educational qualification details, then upload your signature and required documents.
STEP 8 - Preview the form, tick the declaration, and click on Final Lock and Submit. An application ID will be sent to your mobile via SMS for future reference.
Women who cannot apply online can visit the nearest E-Mitra Kendra with their documents. The operator will fill and submit the application on the official portal, and an application ID will be sent to the registered mobile number.
Training Rules
Selected women attend classes at an authorized IT Knowledge Center. Attendance is marked daily through a biometric machine, and each applicant must keep at least 65 percent attendance to appear for the final exam. Those who pass the exam receive a certificate from RKCL.
