Free Employment Oriented Training Scheme Madhya Pradesh 2026
Scheme covers young men and women who have finished their studies but cannot pay for exam coaching. Training is given for civil services, banking, railway, teaching, police, SSC and other job exams. Classes are held at government, semi-government and department recognised private institutes, so a candidate can usually find a centre in or near their own district instead of shifting to Bhopal or Indore.
Office of the Director, State Level Employment and Training Centre, Bhopal, ties up with the training institutes, decides seat numbers and releases the batch notice. Selection is done by the institute as per the merit and eligibility rules fixed by the department. Since seats are limited every year, applying early once the notice comes out is the safer way.
Shaurya Sankalp Training Scheme 2026 Update
Department added a separate residential training route in 2026 for OBC youth who want a job in the army, police, home guard or other security forces. Under Shaurya Sankalp Training Scheme, around 4,000 youth get 45 days of free residential training at 40 centres spread across 20 districts, including Bhopal, Indore, Gwalior, Jabalpur, Rewa, Ujjain, Sagar, Satna, Chhindwara and Morena. Stay, food, breakfast and study material are free. Male trainees get ₹1,000 per month and female trainees get ₹1,100 per month straight into their bank account, and 35 percent seats are kept for women.
Training day is split between about four hours of classroom coaching for the written paper and about three hours of physical practice like running, long jump, high jump and shot put. Basic conditions are Class 12 pass, OBC non-creamy layer, permanent resident of Madhya Pradesh, minimum height 168 cm for men and 155 cm for women, and no flat foot or knock knee problem. First round of applications closed on 11 May 2026, so anyone interested now should watch the department office for the next batch notice.

How to Apply
STEP 1 - Find out which institutes in your district are approved by Backward Classes and Minorities Welfare Department for the current year. Your district Assistant Director office of the department keeps this list, and the batch notice is also put up on the department website.
STEP 2 - Collect the application form. For the residential Shaurya Sankalp batches the form is offline and free, and you can download it from the department website or pick it up from the Assistant Director office in the selected districts.
STEP 3 - Fill the form with your name, category, exam you are preparing for and bank account number. Write the account number carefully because the stipend is paid into that account.
STEP 4 - Attach self attested copies of your domicile certificate, caste certificate, income certificate, marksheets, Aadhaar, Samagra ID and bank passbook, and paste a passport size photo.
STEP 5 - Submit the form at the training institute or the district office before the last date given in the notice. Keep the receipt safe, as it is needed later for checking your selection status.
STEP 6 - Check the selection list at the institute or district office. If your name is there, join on the date given, since a seat left empty is passed on to the next candidate on the merit list.
