Nashik EWS housing lottery 2025 scheme has been launched by the Maharashtra Housing Development Authority (MHADA). This new housing scheme in Nashik is started especially for families belonging to the Economically Weaker Section (EWS).
MHADA Nashik EWS housing lottery is offering 478 flats across different parts of Nashik, with prices starting from ₹5.48 lakh and going up to ₹27 lakh. The size of these homes ranges from 215 sq. ft. to 537 sq. ft., making them suitable for small families.
This is the third lottery by MHADA Nashik Board in 2025. Earlier in the year, the board had allotted 379 flats, 105 shops and 32 plots. With this new scheme, the government is again pushing its effort to provide more affordable homes for urban and rural residents of Nashik.

How to Apply Online for MHADA Nashik EWS Lottery 2025?
The application process for this scheme is fully online & directly through MHADA’s official website and mobile app, below is the complete step by step process.
Step 1: Visit the official website housing.mhada.gov.in or download MHADA Lottery App.
Step 2: Click on “View Live Schemes” and then select “Nashik” from the next page. On the next page, you will see the scheme advertisement as shown below.
Step 3: Click on “Proceed” from this page and then select ‘NS25_SEPT_1 – Nashik 20 Percent Scheme‘ from the list.
Step 4: Check out the scheme details from here and then go back on the homepage at housing.mhada.gov.in and select “Start Now” button.
Step 5: Enter your PAN card, verify using OTP and complete your registration.
Step 6: Login to the portal, select scheme details, enter all details, pay the application fee online using net banking, UPI, debit/credit card or RTGS/NEFT.
Step 7: Submit the form and keep the acknowledgement receipt safe.
MHADA will release the eligible applicant list before the final lottery draw.

Application Fees
Applicants need to pay a small processing fee for the lottery.

This amount has to be paid online during the application.
Who Can Apply – Income Group Criteria
To make sure only genuine beneficiaries get these flats, MHADA has fixed income group limits.
