MEITY Cyber Surakshit Bharat Programme Cybersecurity Training

Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MEITY) has launched Cyber Surakshit Bharat Programme for Cybersecurity. Subsequently, Central government will provide training to Chief Information Security Officer (CISO), Chief Technical Officers of State (CTOS), Central Line Ministry, PSU, Banks and FI’s. Accordingly, these officers can get the details of training through the official website

MEITY in association with National e-Governance Division (NeGD) will organize this initiative to address Cyber Security Challenges. The primary objective is to train 1200 CISO & other IT officers of central govt., state govt., PSUs and Banks.

Cyber Surakshit Bharat Initiative will minimize cyber crimes, organized criminal activities and other terrorist activities. Moreover, this programme is based on the lines of “Digital India” for good governance.

Cyber Surakshit Bharat Programme

Cyber Surakshit Bharat is the first initiative for public-private partnership. This training is for a period of one year with purpose to improve cybersecurity. MEITY in collaboration with NeGD along with other private giants like Microsoft, WIPRO, Redhat, Dimension Data and Deloitte will organize this programme.

Components of Cyber Surakshit Bharat Initiative – This initiative comprises of 3 components of Awareness, Education and Enablement. Accordingly, this initiative will generate awareness on cyber-security.
