Under Mukhyamantri Jankalyan Shiksha Protsahan Yojana, students whose mother or father is registered as an unorganized worker with the Labour department of the Madhya Pradesh government get their tuition fee paid by the state government when they take admission in the listed graduation, polytechnic diploma or ITI courses. The scheme covers the admission fee and the actual fee (excluding mess fee and caution money) that is set by the fee regulatory committee, the MP Private University Regulatory Commission, or the central or state government.

• For engineering, if the candidate has a JEE MAINS rank within 1,50,000, then on taking admission in a government engineering college the full fee is paid, and in a grant aided private engineering college the support is 1.50 lakh or the actual tuition fee, whichever is lower.
• For medical studies, the candidate must take admission through the NEET entrance exam in the MBBS or BDS course of a central or state government medical or dental college, or in the MBBS course of a private medical college in Madhya Pradesh. Candidates of central government institutes that hold their own exam for MBBS admission are also eligible.
• For law studies, the candidate must take admission through the CLAT or a self held exam in the national law universities and Delhi University.
• For admission in the graduation programs, integrated post graduation programs and dual degree courses (which include a master degree along with a bachelor degree) run in all central and state government universities and institutes.
• For admission in all graduation courses run in state government and grant aided colleges and universities, all post graduation courses under the state higher education department, all diploma courses in polytechnic colleges, and ITI courses (including the Global Skill Park).
• For admission in government medical colleges or the paramedical science diploma, degree and certificate courses run under them.

STEP 1 - Visit the official Madhya Pradesh Medhavi Kalyan portal at medhavikalyan.mp.gov.in.

STEP 2 - On the homepage, go to the "पंजीयन" (registration) section and click on the "पंजीयन करें" (register) link, or directly open the MMJKY registration page at MMJKY Registration.

STEP 3 - On the registration page, if you already have a user ID on the scholarship portal, click the "Existing" button and enter the applicant ID and date of birth. If you do not have an applicant ID, click the "New" button and enter your Samagra ID to move ahead.
