Widow Labor Pension Scheme benefits in Haryana could not be availed in the following conditions:-
- यदि विधवा हरियाणा सरकार/बोर्ड/काॅरपोरेशन या पीएसयू द्वारा नियोजित की जाती है।
- विधवा के पुर्नविवाह के मामले में।
- यदि विधवा को किसी अन्य सरकार/विभाग/बोर्ड/निगम/पीएसयू से समान लाभ मिल रहा है।
- विधवा हरियाणा राज्य में नहीं रह रही है।
- पहचान-पत्र की सत्यापित कम्पलीट प्रति जिसमें अंशदान जमा होने का विवरण हो, संलग्न करनी होगी।
