APY New Subscriber Registration Form Now Mandatory from October 1, 2025 – Download the Latest PDF Now
New Atal Pension Yojana (APY) Subscriber Registration Form has been released and is mandatory from October 1, 2025, as per the latest guidelines by the Pension Fund Regulatory and Development Authority (PFRDA) and the Department of Posts.
The earlier version of the form, which was used till September 30, 2025, is now discontinued. All banks and post offices will accept only the new APY form for new subscriber registrations.
What’s New in the New APY Form
The updated form includes mandatory FATCA/CRS declaration, which helps confirm the applicant’s tax residency status. This ensures that only eligible Indian residents can open APY accounts through banks or post offices.
Anyone between 18 and 40 years of age who wishes to join the Atal Pension Yojana must use this new registration form. Old forms will no longer be accepted for new enrollments.
