- The institution must be affiliated with Goa University or recognized by a national statutory body like AICTE, MCI, ACI, or DCI.
Priority Consideration: If an institution is located in less developed Talukas such as Canacona, Pernem, Sattari, Sanquelim, Quepem, Bicholim, or Sanguem, it gets special preference. Also, the government gives top priority to older institutions over newer ones because funds are limited.
