राजस्थान मुख्यमंत्री लघु उद्योग प्रोत्साहन योजना: Rajasthan government is inviting Mukhyamantri Laghu Udyog Protsahan Yojana 2024 Form at sso.rajasthan.gov.in. CM Laghu Udhyog Protsahan Yojna has been launched with the objective of providing subsidized loans through banks to facilitate the establishment of enterprises in the state. Moreover, MLUPY scheme will also provide new employment opportunities to all sections of the society.

About मुख्यमंत्री लघु उद्योग प्रोत्साहन योजना in Rajasthan

Rajasthan MLUPY scheme aims to provide subsidized loans through banks to facilitate the establishment of enterprises in the state and to provide new employment opportunities to all sections of the society.

MLUPY Loans through Financial Institutions

Under the Mukhyamantri Laghu Udyog Protsahan Yojana, loans will be provided through financial institutions like:-

• Nationalized Commercial Bank
• Private Sector Scheduled Commercial Bank
• Scheduled Small Finance Bank
• Regional Rural Bank
• Rajasthan Financial Corporation
• SIDBI

The MLUPY loans will be given through financial institutions for manufacturing, service and business enterprises.

Type of Enterprise Eligible for MLUPY

Along with newly established enterprises, pre-established enterprise will also be eligible for expansion / diversification / modernization projects.

Applicants of Mukhyamantri Laghu Udhyog Protsahan Yojana

Under the Mukhyamantri Laghu Udyog Protsahan Yojana, individual applicants as well as institutional applicants (self-help groups / societies / partnership firms / LLP firms / companies) will also be eligible. The establishment of the enterprise under the scheme will be Rajasthan State. The minimum age of the individual applicant shall be 18 years or more.

Loan Amount under CM Laghu Udyog Protsahan Yojana

Under the CM Laghu Udyog Protsahan Yojana, loan up to Rs. 10 crore will be available. The maximum limit of loan for business will be Rs. 1 crore. The nature of the loan will be composite loan, term loan and working capital (including CC Limit). As per RBI guidelines, collateral security will not be needed on loans upto Rs. 10 lakh.

Interest Subsidy under Mukhyamantri Laghu Udyog Protsahan Yojana

The Interest Subsidy will be granted to the beneficiaries on the loan provided by banks which will be payable as follows for five years:-

Under the Mukhyamantri Laghu Udyog Protsahan Yojana, applications will have to be submitted online. MLUPY apply online process will be according to the guidelines prescribed for implementation of the CM Laghu Udyog Protsahan Yojana.

SSO ID Login / Registration for MLUPY Scheme

The complete procedure to make sso registration / login for new account as the “Single Sign On Identity” is as follows:-

STEP 1: Firstly visit the official “Single Sign On Web Portal” at sso.rajasthan.gov.in

STEP 2: The homepage will ask you to enter your “Digital Identity (SSO ID / Username)” and “Password“. All the existing users can enter their details and then click the “Login” button as shown in the figure:-

STEP 3: But the new candidates will have to make registration for SSO Identity. For this reason, they will have to click the “Registration” button. All the first time users can directly click the link given here to make registration for the Single Sign On Digital Identity – https://sso.rajasthan.gov.in/register

STEP 4: The SSO ID Registration Page will open comprising of 3 sections namely Citizen, Udyog and Govt. Employee. Procedure of registration for each of them is given in the sections below.

SSO ID Registration For Citizens

The “Digital Identity Registration Form for Citizens” will appear as follows:-

Here candidates can enter their Bhamashah ID, Aadhaar ID (UID), Facebook, Google and Twitter ID to make Registration for Single Sign On Identity. After completing Udyog registration, applicants can make login using the provided Username and Password.

SSO ID Registration for Udyog

The “Digital Identity Registration Form for Udhyog” will appear as follows:-

Citizens can enter Udhyog Aadhaar No. (UAN) and Business Register No. (BRN) for Registration. After completing Udyog registration, applicants can make login using the provided Username and Password.

SSO ID Registration for Govt. Employees

The sso.rajasthan.gov.in sipf or “Digital Identity Registration Form for Govt. Employees (SIPF Users)” will appear as follows:-

Here SIPF Users can enter their SIPF Number to make SSO ID Online Registration Process. After making registration, all the govt. employees can access the SIPF Portal and make SIPF SSO Login.

Following the above mentioned steps, all the citizens can create their SSO Account Online. In case, the citizens forgot their Single Sign On Identity (SSO ID) ‘Username‘ and ‘Password‘, then candidates can directly click the link given here – Forgot Digital Identity (SSO ID / Username). After SSO ID registration through any of the methods described here, you can make login.

Mukhyamantri Laghu Udyog Protsahan Yojana Application Form

For online application, registered users can make login. After logging in at SSO ID Rajasthan Portal, you can follow the process mentioned here:-

STEP 1: On making SSO ID login, the page showing applications will open where you can click at “Mukhyamantri Laghu Udyog Protsahan Yojana” tab as shown below:-

STEP 2: Upon clicking the link, the Mukhyamantri Laghu Udhyog Protsahan Yojna dashboard will open where you can click at “नया आवेदन” link as shown here:-

STEP 3: Afterwards, the Rajasthan Mukhyamantri Laghu Udyog Protsahan Yojana online application form will appear as below:-

STEP 4: Applicants can enter all the details accurately in Mukhyamantri Laghu Udyog Protsahan Yojana online application form and then submit it.

Instructions for Filling MLUPY Registration Form

1. आवेदन स्वयं भरें। सामान्य आवेदन के लिए किसी सीए या विशेषज्ञ की आवश्यकता नहीं है।
2. आवेदन के लिए किसी भी मध्यस्थ की सहायता लेने से बचें। उद्योग विभाग द्वारा ई-मित्र को केवल आवेदन भरने की सुविधा के लिए अधिकृत किया गया है, उसका आवेदन स्वीकृत कराने में कोई भूमिका नहीं है, न ही उसे कोई अधिकार है। अतः उसके ऐसे किसी आश्वासन से बचें. ई-मित्र द्वारा यदि आवेदन के लिए 30 रुपये से अधिक राशि की मांग की जाती है, तो उसकी भी शिकायत करें।
3. आवेदन भरने के लिए जिला उद्योग केंद्र में प्रत्येक बुधवार को विशेष शिविर लगाए जाते हैं। उसमें आकर आप प्रक्रिया समझ सकते हैं।
4. आवेदन की समस्त प्रक्रिया ऑनलाइन है। आवेदन भरने के लिए सबसे पहले कागज के प्रपत्र पर आवेदन भर लें, इससे आवेदन को ई-मित्र पर भरवाने में सुविधा होगी।
5. आवेदन में समस्त सूचना सही-सही भरें। उद्योग के संचालन में भी इससे सुविधा होगी।
6. आवेदन की उद्योग विभाग द्वारा अभिशंषा के बाद भी ऋण की अंतिम स्वीकृति बैंक द्वारा होती है, अत: संबंधित बैंक से भी समन्वय रखें।
7. बैंक या उद्योग विभाग द्वारा अच्छे प्रोजेक्ट की स्वीकृति में वरीयता दी जाती है। यदि अपने प्रोजेक्ट में आप भूमि, भवन या अपने संसाधनों से भी पूँजी लगाई जाती है, तो प्रोजेक्ट सरलता से स्वीकृत हो जाते हैं।
8. पूर्व से स्थापित उद्योग/ सेवा उपक्रमों को विस्तार/ विविधीकरण/ आधुनिकीकरण हेतु आवेदन से पूर्व उद्योग आधार लेना वांछनीय होगा।
9. आवेदन के साथ अपनी पुष्टि के लिए संबंधित दस्तावेज अवश्य लगाएँ या अपलोड करें।
10. आवेदन भरने के बाद जब तक आपको कोई सूचना देकर न बुलाया जाए, व्यक्तिगत रूप से आने की आवश्यकता नहीं है। १० लाख रु. से कम ऋण के आवेदन स्वतः कार्यालय स्तर पर परीक्षित हो कर निर्णय कर दिए जाएंगे।
11. ऋण जारी होने के बाद भी आपको फॉलो अप के लिए प्रगति वेबसाइट या एप पर अपडेट करनी होगी।
12. आवेदन के बाद अलग-अलग चरणों पर आपको एसएमएस से सूचना भेजी जाएगी। अत: मोबाइल नंबर में परिवर्तन होने पर उसे अपडेट करें।
13. अपनी सफलता को उद्योग विभाग के पोर्टल पर व सोशल मीडिया पर इस रूप में साझा करें कि बैंक व अन्य उद्योग उसे अपनी उपलब्धि की तरह देखें और आपको अन्य सहायता से भी जोड़े। इससे आपको अपना मार्केट बढ़ाने व लोगों के लिए प्रेरणा स्रोत बनने भी सहायता मिलेगी।
14. यदि उद्यम के लिए ऋण नहीं मिले, तो निराश नहीं हों. नए सिरे से बेहतर रूप में उद्यम का प्रोजेक्ट बनायें। वैसे उद्यम के लिए ऋण ही सब कुछ नहीं है। आप अन्य समान प्रवृत्ति के लोगों को जोड़ कर, उनका सहयोग लेकर उद्यम शुरू कर सकते हैं। एक स्तर पर उद्यम चलने पर बैंक द्वारा भी सरलता से ऋण स्वीकृत किया जाता है।
15. आवेदन की प्रक्रिया में किसी भी स्तर पर आने वाली अनुचित माँग या अन्य शिकायत की सूचना 181 पोर्टल या हेल्पलाइन पर दें।

Loan applications up to Rs. 10 lakh can be forwarded directly to the banks without any interview and the loans above Rs. 10 lakh will be forwarded to the bank after being scrutinized by the District Level Task Force Committee.
