Maharashtra government has launched a new Mukhyamantri Toll Free Number to help patients and their families easily access information about available health schemes, hospital facilities, and treatment support. Starting from 25th September 2025, citizens can call this number to get real-time assistance, similar to services like Google Mapping and Just Dial.
The initiative is part of the Chief Minister’s Medical Relief Fund Cell, which has been supporting poor and needy patients for treatment expenses.

The toll-free number will act as a single helpline for multiple health services. Citizens can use it to find details of hospitals, treatment facilities, and government health schemes in Maharashtra.

The dedicated toll-free number is 1800 1232 211. This number will remain active across the state and will directly connect citizens to the Medical Relief Fund Cell.

STEP 2: Share patient details and query with the operator.
STEP 3: Get guidance about nearest hospitals, treatment facilities, and available government schemes.
STEP 4: Information about eligibility under CM’s Medical Relief Fund or other central/state schemes will also be provided.
