The registration for the 2026-27 session is now closed. However, the steps given below explain the online application process that was followed by candidates during the registration window.

STEP 1 - Visit the official website at itidelhi.admissions.nic.in and click on the 'New Registration' link available on the homepage.

STEP 2 - Select the Directorate of Training and Technical Education, Delhi, and choose 'Delhi ITI Counselling 2026'. Click on 'New Student Registration' and accept the terms and conditions.

STEP 3 - Enter personal details such as name, date of birth, gender, mobile number and email ID. Create a password and complete the registration process.

STEP 4 - Login credentials will be sent to the registered mobile number and email address. Log in using the credentials provided.

STEP 5 - Fill out the application form, upload the required documents and pay the application fee, if applicable. Submit the form and download the confirmation page for future reference.

The following original documents in PDF format (as applicable) must be uploaded at the time of verification. Size of the PDF documents must be greater than 20 kb and less than 300 kb. The documents have to be uploaded as colour scan of original document only and have to be legible. Candidates are advised to get their following documents ready for the registration process:

• Category Certificate (If Applicable): SC/ST/OBC/EWS certificate in the above PDF format needs to be uploaded.
• Sub Category Certificate (If Applicable): J&K, NCC, Defence Personnel, Divyang (PWD), Minority Staff Ward, Delhi Government Employee.
• Inmate of Orphanage certificate registered with Delhi Government (if applicable).
• Certificate from BDO regarding school and residence of candidate located in rural area of Delhi (if applicable).
• Qualifying Certificate: 10th mark sheet and certificate showing complete details of all subjects, or 8th certificate and mark sheet, or certificate from Headmaster/Principal of school in Annexure VIII.
• Undertaking by Candidate (Compulsory): Undertaking as per Annexure XVI of the prospectus is to be submitted in the candidate's own handwriting and uploaded in PDF format.

Photograph - Scanned image of colour photograph in jpg/jpeg format needs to be uploaded. Size of the photo image must be more than 4 KB and less than 100 KB and the dimension of the photograph image should be 5.5 cm (width) x 7.5 cm (height) only. The photograph should clearly show the face of the candidate in the centre and both ears should be clearly seen. No mask, cap etc should be worn in the photograph.
