For ongoing operations, organizations could seek payment for regular expenses, including faculty pay, raw materials, electricity, and administrative costs, as approved by the Institutional Management Committee (IMC).

Eligibility
To qualify for this support, organizations had to meet the following criteria:
- Host institute had to be an ITI, polytechnic, engineering college, or a government-affiliated institution with at least 5 years of experience.
- Industry partner had to be an organization with at least 10 years of experience in the skill development sector.
- Both entities had to maintain legal registration under the Societies Act, Trust Act, or Companies Act.
- Courses had to match guidelines from the NSDC, NCVT, GCVT, or Sector Skill Councils.
- At least 25% of course intake had to involve industry-sponsored trainees, and at least 75% of these industry-sponsored students had to be placed in employment.
- Training center had to be set up to operate for at least 5 years.

STEP 1 - Prepare the application form and submit it to the Centre for Entrepreneurship Development (CED). Applications opened twice a year, in April and October.
STEP 2 - A screening committee reviewed the proposal for technical and financial feasibility. It then submitted its recommendations to the State Level Empowered Committee (SLEC) for final approval.
