West Bengal government has launched Amader Para, Amader Samadhan Portal apas.wb.gov.in and is now live with login, registration features and details about the scheme. Amader Para, Amader Samadhan is a new scheme under which the state government of West Bengal is going to start APAS Camps from 2nd August to 3rd November 2025 across 80000 polling booths in West Bengal.
Under the APAS scheme, the state government is providing funds of Rs. 10 Lakh to each booth which will be allocated for resolving local issues, instantly. People can visit the APAS camps from 2nd August with their complaints related to energy, transportation, infrastructure, communication, emergency services, environment, healthcare among many others and get their issues resolved.

apas.wb.gov.in Portal Login links has been activated by the state government and there are two types of login on the APAS portal.
APAS User Login
This might be the option for the user’s who can login and lodge their complains by selecting their details. Or it might also be for the people who will monitor the camp sites and lodge complains on behalf of people.
For user login, you can go to the APAS user login page, the login form looks like the one below.

Here the user can enter their registered mobile number, enter captcha, and then click “Login with Secret Pin“, an OTP or secret PIN will be sent to the mobile number.
Enter the secret pin and click “Login“.

Go to the department login page, the login form will open like this.

apas.wb.gov.in Registration for New User
As of now, 1st August, 2025, 16:30, at the time of updating this article, there is no option for new user registration on apas.wb.gov.in portal. However, if the option is made available below could be the process to register on APAS portal.
STEP 1: Go to the homepage of the APAS portal at https://apas.wb.gov.in/
STEP 2: Click on the “New User Registration” link in the main menu on the homepage.
STEP 3: Registration form will open in the next page, enter your mobile number or Aadhaar number.
STEP 4: Click on get OTP, an OTP will be sent to your mobile number, enter the OTP and click “Verify“.
STEP 5: Enter all other required details in the registration form and click “Submit“.
STEP 6: Your registration is now complete, you can now login using the above process and check details.

The APAS portal displays the live details of the camps across all the parliamentary constituencies in West Bengal.

The details contains the following details
- Total Assembly Constituencies
- Total Booths
- Total Population
- Total Camps Scheduled so far
- Total Camps held so far

Visit the official dedicated website or portal for the Amader Para, Amader Samadhan scheme.
“Find My Camp” Section – Scroll below on the homepage and click on the “Find My Camp” button on the homepage of the portal.

Select Your District and Block: Choose your district and block/sub-division. Select your district from the list, then choose your block or urban area.

Select Your Village Name or Ward Number: For rural users, select your village name or panchayat. For urban users, you may need to select your ward or locality.
Check Booth List: After selecting your village, the portal will display a list of booth under your selected area.
Select Booth: Now Select your booth from the booth list to see the complete camp details. Following details might be included in the booth details.
