Application Process

Applications for 2026-27 are now submitted online through the eAnudaan portal of the Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment at grants-msje.gov.in. The whole process runs through this portal, from NGO registration to proposal submission and tracking.

STEP 1 - Register your NGO on the NGO Darpan portal at ngodarpan.gov.in and get a unique NGO Darpan ID. If your organization is already registered, note down the existing NGO Unique ID.

STEP 2 - Visit the eAnudaan portal at grants-msje.gov.in and click on the Register option. Provide the NGO Unique ID, PAN number, mobile number, and email id to complete registration.

STEP 3 - Log in to the eAnudaan portal using the registered email id and password. Add the scheme under which the proposal has to be submitted and enter the bank details of the organization.

STEP 4 - Create a new Project ID by selecting the State and District, then fill in the new proposal application form. On completion, choose Save as Draft or Save as Final. An acknowledgement number is generated for tracking.

STEP 5 - Track the application status using the acknowledgement number. The status shows at which level, District, State or Central Ministry, the application is pending. Upload any deficit documents if asked and keep checking the notifications against the acknowledgement number.
