Mukhya Mantri Lok Seva Arogya Yojana 2023 registration process has been started by Assam government at mmlsay.assam.gov.in portal. The new scheme, Ayushman Asom – MMLSAY, is aimed at benefiting Assam state government employees and pensioners. In this article, we will tell you the process of making mmlsay assam gov in portal registration and login. 

MMLSAY or Mukhyamantri Lok Seva Arogya Yojana is a cashless health insurance program and the current reimbursement plan for state government employees and pensioners will be replaced by this plan. To take advantage of this plan, the user must first register at the district kiosk.

STEP 1: Firstly visit the official website https://mmlsay.assam.gov.in/

STEP 2: Once you reach the homepage, hit at “Click Here” button under ‘Beneficiary Login/Registration’ section.

STEP 3: Select employment type as either employee or pensioner. As we are mentioning here the process of MMLSAY registration of employees, so we select beneficiary as an employee.

STEP 4: Select an option (PAN number or PPAN number or GPF number) to validate MMLSAY account for employees.

STEP 5: For eg – we have selected PAN number option to validate account. So enter your PAN number, mobile number and proceed. 

STEP 6: Next enter all the asked details accurately and click at “Submit” button to complete process of MMLSAY registration as an employee.

STEP 7: On completion of registration, applicant employees can make MMLSAY login as beneficiary.

STEP 2: Once you reach the homepage, hit at “Click Here” button under ‘Beneficiary Login/Registration’ section.

STEP 3: Select employment type as either employee or pensioner. As we are mentioning here the process of MMLSAY registration of pensioners, so we select beneficiary as an pensioner.

Mukhya Mantri Lok Seva Arogya Yojana Eligibility

• Applicant must be a permanent resident of Assam state.
• The applicant must be an employee of Assam state government.
• Family members of the applicant are also eligible for MMLSAY benefits.
• As a pensioner, the applicant is also eligible for MMLSAY Assam scheme.
• Ineligible are applicants who have previously participated in other government programs.
