STEP 1 - Visit the official website https://dtcpass.delhi.gov.in/
STEP 2 - At the homepage, click on "Apply for New Bus Pass" or directly open https://dtcpass.delhi.gov.in/checkPassDetails.jsp to open the Apply Bus Pass page as shown below:-
STEP 3 - Here select if you are an existing bus pass user as Yes or No. If you are applying for a new bus pass, select "No" and click at the "Submit" button.

e-Bus Pass versus Conventional Bus Pass
- e-Bus Pass is a bus pass generated by the system and can be viewed by clicking the link sent through SMS on the applicant mobile number.
- Conventional Bus Pass is a printed ticket type bus pass generated by the system and is delivered at the applicant residence through Speed Post.
Additional Charges for Buying Online Bus Pass
Apart from the above charges, the following charges will apply:-
- Any bank charges for each online transaction should be borne by the customer, which will vary from bank to bank.
- Printing and stationary charges of Rs. 15/- for each pass.
- Speed Post charges of Rs. 18/- for local area pin codes and Rs. 41/- for non-local area pin codes for each pass.
- For e-Bus Pass, there are no additional charges except bank transaction charges.
