Delhi Development Authority (DDA) has launched the Jan Sadharan Awas Yojana 2025, under which 1,172 flats are being offered for the Economically Weaker Section (EWS) and Janta categories. These flats will be allotted on a first-come, first-serve (FCFS) basis.
The scheme has been started to make sure that people from low and middle-income groups can also afford a house in the capital. Flats are available in localities such as Narela, Loknayakpuram, Rohini, Todapur, and Dwarka. The whole process of registration and booking is online, and the steps are kept simple for applicants.
Note: Jan Sadharan Awas Yojana Phase 2 Online Registrations have started.
One of the biggest benefit of this scheme is that there is no restriction on how many flats a single applicant can book. If you want to invest in or book multiple flats under the same name, you can do so without any issues or restrictions.
