MP soybean Bhavantar registration from 3 to 17 October on e-Uparjan portal

Madhya Pradesh farmers can register soybean under Bhavantar Yojana from 3 October to 17 October 2026, as per a state notice dated 30 September 2026. This window is for kharif 2026 (marketing year 2026-27). Soybean MSP this year is ₹5,708 per quintal.

E-Uparjan registration is done on mpeuparjan.nic.in. It's free at facility centres in gram panchayat, janpad panchayat and tehsil offices, and at cooperative society centres. MP Online kiosks, CSCs, Lok Seva Kendras and cyber cafes can charge up to ₹50. Sikmi, batai, kotwar and forest lease farmers can register only at cooperative centres.

Aadhaar has to be verified by OTP or biometric, and the name in the land record must match the name on Aadhaar. Joint, inactive and Fino, Airtel or Paytm bank accounts won't be accepted. Payment goes to the Aadhaar-linked account, which gets a ₹1 test transfer during registration. No date for soybean sales is announced yet.
