RHB New Housing Schemes 2025: Rajasthan Housing Board (RHB) new housing schemes 2025 have been launched in five cities including Udaipur, Baran, Bundi, Dholpur and Barmer. Under these new housing schemes, the RHB is offering about 667 flats across these cities with starting prices from ₹7.60 lakh.
Flats and houses under these new housing schemes of Rajasthan Housing Board will be allotted through a lottery system to ensure fair chances for all applicants. Online applications for the new schemes are open from 20 August 2025, with the last date fixed as 19 September 2025 and 20th September. Rajasthan residents from EWS, LIG, MIG, and HIG categories can apply online depending on their eligibility and budget.
RHB New Housing Schemes 2025 in Udaipur, Baran, Bundi and Dholpur – Details
- Total units: Under these schemes, a total of 667 houses and flats will be offered across the 4 cities.
- Categories: All four categories including EWS, LIG, MIG, HIG will be able to apply for the housing units.
- Locations: Currently Udaipur, Baran, Bundi, Dholpur and Barmer will be the cities where housing units will be available.
- Allotment: As per the earlier schemes, allotment of housing units will be done through online lottery system.

Launch Date and Last Date of Applications
The new housing schemes of Rajasthan Housing Board has been launched on 20th August 2025. The government will provide 30 days to the state residents to apply for these schemes and the last date for online application is 19 September 2025.

STEP 1: Visit the official portal of Rajasthan Housing Board at https://rhb.rajasthan.gov.in
STEP 2: Click on the “New Housing Scheme – 2025” link as shown in the below image on the homepage.
STEP 3: On the next page click on the Registration Link “Click Here” in from of the new scheme name.
STEP 4: Check the booklet, location map and other details of the scheme before filling the registration form.
STEP 5: On the next page, click on “Register Now” to open the registration page if you are not an existing user on this website.
STEP 6: Fill the registration form as shown below.
STEP 7: After registration, login to the portal, open the scheme application form, fill all the details, upload documents and print the acknowledgement receipt and application number and wait until the lottery.
