PMVBRY Portal login and registration process for both employers as well as employees is now open. Pradhan Mantri Viksit Bharat Rozgar Yojana was approved on 1st July 2025 as a new Employment Linked Incentive Scheme. With a total budget of ₹99,446 Crore, the scheme aims to incentivize creation of more than 3.5 Crore jobs in the country, over a period of two years.

Employers and employees can visit any of the two links pmvbry.epfindia.gov.in and pmvbry.labour.gov.in login or registration under the scheme.
Employee Login
First time employees who are employed in the EPFO registered employer can login through their UAN number on the official portal of EPFO India as before.
Just click the Employee Login button on the homepage of the PMVBRY portal which will take you to the official EPFO website as shown below.
Universal Account Number activation is mandatory for all registered employees of EPFO or PMVBRY which can be done using this link. The UAN and password is provided by the employer after joining.
After activating the UAN, employees can login by using the UAN and password and check the status of the PF and PMVBRY payment.
Employer Login
Employers can also visit the PMVBRY portal to check the scheme details and login to the EPFO portal.
Employers can click the “Employer Login” button and enter their username and password to login to the portal. Below is the snapshot of Employer Login Page.
PMVBRY Portal Registration
Registration facility on PMVBRY Portal is not directly available for employees. Employees are registered by the employer itself and UAN is provided to the employees.
