मुख्यमंत्री अत्यंत पिछड़ा वर्ग सिविल सेवा प्रोत्साहन योजना: Bihar government is inviting online applications for OBC / EBC Civil Seva Protsahan Yojana 2024 at state.bihar.gov.in/bcebcwelfare/. Under this scholarship scheme, all the OBC /EBC students who are resident of Bihar and have cleared Civil Service Exams (Preliminary) conducted by Bihar Public Service Commission (BPSC) will get encouragement amount of Rs. 50,000 while those clearing Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) prelims exam will get Rs. 1 lakh respectively. All the interested students can apply online and fill Mukhyamantri Atyant Pichhada Varg Civil Seva Protsahan Yojana Form at state.bihar.gov.in/bcebcwelfare/

Mukhyamantri EBC Civil Seva Protsahan Yojana Bihar aims to help poor students to focus on their further studies and Mains preparation without taking care of expenses. Similarly, the state govt. also invites Bihar Mukhyamantri SC / ST Civil Seva Protsahan Yojana Application Form. मुख्यमंत्री अत्यंत पिछड़ा वर्ग सिविल सेवा प्रोत्साहन योजना in Bihar Budget 2023-24

Finance Minister presented Bihar Budget 2023-24 on 28 February 2023. While presenting the Bihar Budget Speech 2023-24, FM said “मुख्यमंत्री अत्यंत पिछड़ा वर्ग सिविल सेवा प्रोत्साहन योजना के अन्तर्गत बिहार लोक सेवा आयोग एवं संघ लोक सेवा आयोग के प्रारंभिक परीक्षा में उत्तीर्ण होने वाले अत्यंत पिछड़ा वर्ग के अभ्यर्थियों को अग्रत्तर तैयारी हेतु एकमुश्त क्रमश: 50,000/- रुपये एवं 1,00,000/- रुपये का लाभ दिया जाता है। अब तक संघ लोक सेवा आयोग के 143 एवं बिहार लोक सेवा आयोग के 5.518 अर्थात कुल 5,661 अभ्यर्थियों को इस योजना का लाभ दिया गया है”।

Apply Online for Bihar Mukhyamantri EBC Civil Seva Protsahan Yojana

Candidates belonging to Other Backward Classed (OBC) and Extremely Backward Classes (EBC) category can now apply online for CM Atyant Pichhda Varg Civil Seva Protsahan Yojana:-

STEP 1: Firstly, go to the official website of BC EBC Welfare Department of Bihar at https://state.bihar.gov.in/bcebcwelfare/CitizenHome.html

STEP 2: On homepage, click at “Mukhyamantri Atyant Pichhada Warg Civil Seva Protsahan Yojana” link under Highlights section to apply online while the other link present under Schemes section is for scheme details as shown below:-

STEP 3: Directly click the here for Bihar OBC / EBC Scholarship Scheme Registration – https://fts.bih.nic.in/EBCScholarShip/default.html

STEP 4: Then hit “New Registration” link. Afterwards, Mukhyamantri OBC / EBC Civil Seva Protsahan Yojana 2024 Registration Form will appear as follows:-

STEP 5: Next applicants will have to make Login using the link – https://fts.bih.nic.in/EBCScholarShip/Login.aspx. On this page, make login using their “Username” and “Password”.

STEP 6: After making Login, click at the “Online Application” link. Accordingly, Bihar Mukhyamantri OBC / EBC Civil Seva Protsahan Yojana 2024 Online Application Form will appear as follows:-

STEP 7: Here candidates can fill necessary details and then hit at “Save” button to further proceed for the application process.

Candidates will have to then upload their recent photograph, signature along with Admit Card, Caste Certificate, Aadhar Card, Residential Proof, Passbook / Cancelled Cheque to complete the application process. Moreover, verification of Mobile No. and E-Mail ID is also required for final submission of the completed application form.

• Registration is mandatory for e-filling up the form
• Use User ID and Password to Login.
• Only eligible candidates as per advertisement must fill up only one application form.
• After filling up application form verify your entries before submitting finally. No modification can be made after final submission.
• After Verifying your application form click on submit button to save your application.
  • You may print the application form as draft.
  • Application ID will be generated after final submission.
  • Only finally submitted application will be considered.
• Print a copy of finally submitted application form.
• Before uploading photo and signature be sure that:
  • Photo size should be less than 50 kb. (Preferred Dimension : 200 x 230 px)

Bihar Mukhyamantri OBC / EBC Civil Seva Protsahan Yojana Eligibility

All the applicants must fulfill the given below eligibility to avail the scheme benefits:-

1. Applicant must be a permanent resident of Bihar state.
2. He / She must belong to either Other Backward Class (OBC) or Extremely Backward Class (EBC) category.
3. Candidate must have cleared UPSC (Preliminary) Civil Service Examination 2024.
4. This scheme benefits are available only for a singe time.

Mukhyamantri Atyant Pichhada Varg Civil Seva Protsahan Yojana 2024

वित्तीय वर्ष 2018-19 से एक नई योजना मुख्यमंत्री अत्यंत पिछड़ा वर्ग सिविल सेवा प्रोत्साहन योजना प्रारम्भ की गई है। इस योजना के अन्तर्गत बिहार लोक सेवा आयोग, पटना द्वारा आयोजित संयुक्त प्रतियोगिता परीक्षा की प्रारम्भिक परीक्षा (PT) में उत्तीर्ण होने वाले अत्यंत पिछड़ा वर्ग के अभ्यर्थियों को अग्रेतर तैयारी हेतु एकमुश्त रू 50,000/- (रूपये पचास हजार) तथा संघ लोक सेवा आयोग, नई दिल्ली द्वारा आयोजित सिविल सेवा प्रतियोगिता परीक्षा की प्रारम्भिक परीक्षा (PT) में उत्तीर्ण होने वाले अत्यंत पिछड़ा वर्ग के अभ्यर्थियों को एकमुश्त रू 1,00,000/- (रूपये एक लाख) का लाभ देने की स्वीकृति दी गई है.

इस योजना के लिए अभ्यार्थी को बिहार राज्य का निवासी होने के साथ-साथ पूर्व से किसी भी सरकारी/लोक उपक्रम/राज्य सरकार द्वारा वित्त सम्पोषित संस्थान की सेवा में कार्यरत अथवा नियोजित नहीं होना चाहिए। इस योजना का लाभ एक बार ही डे होगा। यह प्रोत्साहन राशि उनके बैंक कहते में सीधे ट्रांसफर की जाएगी,ताकि इन्हे मुख्य परीक्षा एवं साक्षात्कार की तैयारी में किसी तरह की आर्थिक बाधा का सामना नहीं करना पड़े। इस योजना के माध्यम से प्राप्त राशि का उपयोग उनके द्वारा मुख्य परीक्षा के पूर्व परीक्षा की तैयारी के लिए प्रतिष्ठित संस्थानों से कोचिंग/पर्याप्त मार्गदर्शन एवं उपयोगी पुस्तक क्रय करने में किया जायेगा।

पिछड़ा वर्ग एवं अति पिछड़ा वर्ग कल्याण विभाग के द्वारा अत्यंत पिछड़ा वर्ग के लिए संचालित पुराने जर्जर छात्रावास के स्थान पर चरणबद्ध तरीके से नये भवन का निर्माण कराया जायेगा।
