AP Auto Mitra Scheme Beneficiary List Name Check & Application Status: Applications for the newly launched Andhra Pradesh Auto Mitra or Vahan Mitra scheme (Now Auto Drivers Sevalo) started from 17th September 2025 and ended on 20th October. The state government is providing Rs. 15000 to eligible auto / cab owners under this scheme to help them cover their vehicle’s insurance & maintenance costs.

The GSWS department of state government has published the final list of beneficiaries of the AP Auto Mitra scheme (now renamed to Auto Drivers Sevalo) by collecting the data from transport department. However, the complete list is not available to view or download in PDF format, but you can check name in the beneficiary list by using your Aadhar number.

Check Beneficiary Status & Name in AP Auto Mitra List

Below is the step by step process using which you can check your name, as well as status of your application under this Auto Drivers Sevalo Scheme on the GSWS portal.

STEP 1: Open the application status page of the GSWS NBM portal of Andhra Pradesh.

STEP 2: Now, you will see the page as below.

STEP 3: Now select “Auto Drivers Sevalo” (Earlier Financial Assistance to Auto & Maxi Cab Owners) from the scheme name field, select “2025-2026” in the year.

STEP 4: Enter your Aadhaar number in UID field, enter captcha code and click on “Get OTP” button.

STEP 5: An OTP will be sent to your Aadhar linked mobile number, enter the OTP & the click Verify.

STEP 6: After verifying the OTP, you will either see a message like “AADHAR IS NOT IN HOUSEHOLD DATABASE“, then it means your name is not in the list.

STEP 7: If you see your details in the “Basic Details“, then it means, your name is present in the NBM household database but it doesn’t mean that your name is in the beneficiary list of “AP Auto Mitra Scheme“.

STEP 8: If you see any application number, application date, status in the Application Details section, then it means your name is present in the beneficiary list of AP Auto Drivers Sevalo (Vahan Mitra Scheme).

STEP 9: Payment details will be available only on or after 1st October 2025 when the state government will sent amount to the beneficiary accounts.

So, using the above process, you can verify your name in the beneficiary list as well as check your application & payment status of the scheme.

What to do if your name is not in the list

There are a few options you can try if you are eligible for the scheme but your name is not present in the beneficiary list.

1. Visit the nearest Sachivalaya Office and lodge your complaint or write an email to support@gsws.ap.gov.in or info@gsws.ap.gov.in.
2. Visit the office of transport department or contact at their contact details.
3. Visit the PGRS (Public Grievance Redressal System) portal of Andhra Pradesh government and lodge your grievance their.
