Maiya Samman Yojana: September ₹2,500 credited to women in Gumla and Dhanbad

Women in Gumla and Dhanbad districts of Jharkhand have got the September 2026 payment of ₹2,500 under Mukhyamantri Maiya Samman Yojana, Prabhat Khabar reported on 12 October 2026. District administrations sent the amount by DBT payment ahead of Durga Puja.

In Dhanbad, 3,46,365 women got the money, and the district released ₹86,59,12,900 in total. Gumla covered more than 1.55 lakh women.

If the amount has not reached your account yet, update your passbook or ask your bank whether the account is linked with Aadhaar and enabled for DBT.
