Bihar launches awareness campaign for PM Surya Ghar Muft Bijli Yojana
Bihar Chief Minister Samrat Choudhary started an awareness campaign for PM Surya Ghar Muft Bijli Yojana in Patna on 22 September 2026. The campaign will encourage solar energy use across the state.
Campaign details
The government has sent 9 Solar Rath vehicles to travel across the state. These vehicles give people information about the benefits of rooftop solar systems and the financial support available under the scheme.
