As of 21st July 2025, Uttar Pradesh has completed 36,37,827 houses out of its total allotted target of 36,85,704, which translates into a remarkable completion rate of approximately 98.7%. Uttar Pradesh is among the top-performing states i terms of houses completion under PMAY-G across the country.

How to Check PMAY Gramin List UP 2026

Below is the complete procedure to find your name in the PMAY-G new list of beneficiaries for Uttar Pradesh state:-

STEP 1: Visit the official PMAY-G website at pmayg.nic.in

STEP 2: Click at the “Report” link. Next candidates have to click at “Houses Progress against the target financial year” option under “Physical Progress Reports” section.

STEP 3: Next candidates have to fill the fields in the “Selection Filters“. Firstly candidates need to select the PMAYG Cumulative Progress Till Date, then 2nd option is automatically selected as “Pradhan Mantri Awaas Yojana Gramin“. Next, candidates needs to select the “Name of State as Uttar Pradesh” in the 3rd option. Then candidates can select the name of “District“, “Block” and “Panchayat” in the 4th, 5th, 6th option respectively.

STEP 4: Next candidates can click at the “Submit” button to open the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana Gramin list of beneficiaries.

STEP 5: In this UP Mukhyamantri Gramin Awas Yojana List, candidates can check village name, registration number, beneficiary name, name of father or mother, house allotted to, sanction number, sanctioned amount, installment paid, amount released and house status in the PMAY G list of beneficiaries.

Benefits of Pradhanmantri Awas Yojana Gramin

• The unit assistance given to beneficiaries under the programme is Rs 1,20,000 in plain areas and to Rs 1,30,000 in hilly states / difficult areas / Integrated Action Plan (IAP) for Selected Tribal and Backward Districts. Presently the NE States, states of HP and Uttarakhand, UT of J&K  and all 82 LWE districts are identified as difficult and hilly areas. The unit size is 25 sq.m including a dedicated area for hygienic cooking.
• The beneficiary is entitled to 90 days of unskilled labour from MGNREGA.
• The beneficiary would be facilitated to avail loan of up to Rs. 70,000 for construction of the house which is optional.
• Funds will be transferred electronically directly to the account of the beneficiary.

Eligibility Criteria for UP PM Awas Yojana Gramin

Beneficiaries of this PMAY scheme will be identified as per data available from the Socio-Economic and Caste Census (SECC) and include –

• Scheduled castes and scheduled tribes.
• Non-SC/ST and minorities under BPL.
• Freed bonded labourers.
• Next of kin and widows of paramilitary forces and individuals killed in action, ex-servicemen, and those under a retirement scheme.

Process for Selection of Rural Beneficiaries in UP

• Identification of beneficiaries eligible for assistance and their prioritization to be done using information from Socio Economic and Caste Census (SECC) ensuring total transparency and objectivity.
• The list will be presented to Gram Sabha to identify beneficiaries who have been assisted before or who have become ineligible due to other reasons.
• The finalized list will be published. Annual list of beneficiaries will be identified from the total list through participatory process by the Gram Sabha.
• Gram Sabha will need to justify in writing with reasons for any alteration of priority in the original list.
