Odisha CM Kisan Yojana Beneficiary List 2026: Odisha government's farmer support scheme, earlier known as KALIA (Krushak Assistance for Livelihood and Income Augmentation), is now called CM Kisan Yojana. Odisha government relaunched the farmer support scheme as CM Kisan Yojana in 2024 with a new payment structure and a new portal. The old KALIA portals kalia.odisha.gov.in and kaliaportal.odisha.gov.in are no longer in use. CM Kisan Yojana Odisha Beneficiary List 2026 - Check Name Online

Below is the complete process to check the name in the CM Kisan Yojana beneficiary list 2026 or download the gram panchayat wise list in PDF format:-

STEP 1 - Visit the official website cmkisan.odisha.gov.in or the Krushak Odisha portal.

STEP 2 - On the homepage, click on the "Beneficiary List" or "Farmer List" option in the menu.

STEP 3 - Select the district, block or ULB name and gram panchayat (G.P.) from the drop down lists.

STEP 4 - Click on the "View" button to open the gram panchayat wise list of beneficiaries.

STEP 5 - The list has separate sections for small and marginal farmers and for landless agricultural labourers. Click on the download link to save the list in PDF format and find the name manually.

The beneficiary list is also displayed at gram panchayat offices across the state. Farmers who cannot check online can visit the panchayat office and verify their name in the list.

CM Kisan Yojana Odisha Installment Update

On Akshaya Tritiya (30 April 2025), Odisha Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi released Rs 1,025 crore to the bank accounts of around 51 lakh farmers under CM Kisan Yojana for the Kharif season. The payment covered 50,16,938 small and marginal farmers, 49,482 landless agricultural families and 2,382 tribal farmer families. Each farmer received Rs 2,000 directly through DBT mode.

On the eve of Nuakhai (27 August 2025), the Chief Minister released the third instalment of Rs 1,041 crore to 51,54,115 small, marginal, landless and tribal farmers for the Rabi 2025-26 season. Each beneficiary received Rs 2,000 in the bank account.

Nuakhai 2026 falls on 16 September 2026. The next CM Kisan instalment is expected around this date. Farmers should complete their e-KYC and make sure their Aadhaar is linked to the bank account so that the payment reaches them without any delay.

Under the earlier KALIA scheme, the Odisha government had released Rs 900 crore to 44.56 lakh farmers on Nuakhai in September 2023. The scheme has been restructured since then and the current payments are made under CM Kisan Yojana.

Benefits under CM Kisan Yojana

CM Kisan Yojana gives cash support to farmers twice a year on the occasions of Akshaya Tritiya and Nuakhai. The benefit amount depends on the category of the farmer.

• Small and marginal farmers get Rs 4,000 per year in two instalments of Rs 2,000 each. The money is credited before the Kharif and Rabi seasons.
• Landless agricultural households get Rs 12,500 per year in three instalments. This support is meant for allied livelihood work such as goat rearing, duckery, fishery, mushroom cultivation, beekeeping or small dairy.
• Farmers who are also covered under PM Kisan Samman Nidhi can receive close to Rs 10,000 per year in combined support from the central and state schemes.

Eligibility for CM Kisan Yojana

CM Kisan Yojana is for permanent residents of Odisha who are small or marginal farmers, sharecroppers or landless agricultural labourers. Small and marginal farmers are those who own cultivable land up to about 2 hectares. Landless households should be engaged in farm work for their livelihood. Farmers need an AgriStack Farmer ID for new registration on the CM Kisan portal, and their Aadhaar must be linked to a working bank account.

Government employees and pensioners, income tax payers, registered professionals such as lawyers, doctors and engineers, and farmers with large land holdings are not eligible for this scheme. Families where a member holds a constitutional or public office are also kept out of the list.

Documents Required

Farmers need the following documents for registration and to receive the instalment:-

• Aadhaar card of the applicant for identity check and e-KYC.
• Aadhaar-linked bank account for the DBT payment.
• AgriStack Farmer ID for registration on the CM Kisan portal.
• Land record from Bhulekh for the small and marginal farmer category.
• Residence and identification proof for landless agricultural households.

e-KYC and DBT Payment

e-KYC is required to keep the payment process safe and smooth. The CM Kisan benefit is transferred only to the bank account that is seeded with the Aadhaar number. Farmers can complete the e-KYC on the CM Kisan portal using the OTP sent to their Aadhaar-linked mobile number. An incomplete e-KYC is the most common reason for a stalled payment.

KALIA portal does not capture or save any information other than the name as per the Aadhaar card. The e-KYC data is used only for the payment process and is not shared with any other person or organisation.

Can a farmer get both CM Kisan and PM Kisan?
