The state govt. has earlier released list of beneficiaries selected in 3rd phase and 2nd phase 2BHK randomization in GHMC limits. You can now check 2BHK housing scheme beneficiaries list in district constituencies of Hyderabad, Medchal-Malkajgiri, Rangareddy and Sangareddy. 

People can also check list of 3rd Phase (held on 2 Oct 2023) and 2nd Phase (held on 21 Sept 2023) 2BHK Flats Allotment in GHMC Limits. Telangana government aims to provide 2 BHK houses to poor people under the flagship Double Bedroom Housing Scheme.

2BHK Telangana 4th Phase List PDF

CM KCR launched 2BHK housing scheme in the year 2015 to provide double bedroom houses to poor people. 2 BHK typically refers to a housing development or project that offers apartments or homes with two bedrooms, a living or hall area, and a kitchen.

Now the state government will soon release 2BHK Telangana 4th Phase List which you can download in PDF format. Till then, check the recently released 2BHK Telangana 3rd and 2nd Phase List.

In order to check the 4th List of 2BHK housing scheme, visit the official website of Telangana 2BHK. Look for a link “4th Phase List” (Link will be available after the list is released) and click on that. Now check your name or download the list in PDF format.

Important Update on Telangana 2BHK 4th Phase Beneficiary List (September 2025)

If you’re looking for the 4th phase beneficiary list under the original 2BHK (Double Bedroom Housing) scheme, please note that the Telangana government has rebranded and expanded it into the Indiramma Indlu (also known as Indiramma Illu) scheme since the Congress administration took over in late 2023.

The 4th phase allotments from the previous BRS era are now being integrated and completed under this new scheme, with a focus on providing ₹5 lakh financial assistance per eligible family for house construction, without any beneficiary contribution.

As of January 2025, the final beneficiary list for Indiramma Illu Phase 1 was released, targeting 4.5 lakh houses across 119 constituencies with a total budget of ₹22,000 crore. This includes honoring pending 2BHK applications, including from the 4th phase, through a comprehensive survey and verification process conducted during the Praja Palana drives.

If you applied earlier for this scheme, your status may have been carried over, but due to audits for ineligible or incomplete allotments, some re-verifications are ongoing to ensure transparency.

To check your name or download the latest sanction lists (now referred to as L1, L2, etc., rather than specific 2BHK phases), visit the official Indiramma Indlu portal at indirammaindlu.telangana.gov.in, where you can search using your Aadhaar number, mobile number, application ID, or FSC card.

For older 2BHK phase details, you can still visit the old site at 2bhk.telangana.gov.in, but all new distributions and completions are handled via Indiramma. If your application is from 2016-2018 or later phases, contact your local Mandal Development Office (MDO) or helpline 1800-425-0025 for any other updates, as the government aims to deliver all pending houses by the end of 2025.
