Short Update
Minister Pul Demands Transparency in PMAY-G Beneficiary Selection

Women and child development minister Dasanglu Pul has asked for more clarity and community help when choosing families for PMAY-G. At a recent DLMC-cum-DLRC meeting in Hawai, she said social audits and help from PRIs are very important to make the process fair.
Along with housing, the minister talked about needed infrastructure in Anjaw district. She told all heads of departments to move their bank accounts to local branches in the district to make banking easier. She also told officials to use empty government buildings and community centers as health clinics for local people.
New school building
Minister Pul opened a new RCC school building at Government Upper Primary School in Walla. This new building provides students in the border district with a safer and better place to learn.
