Panchayat leaders seek PMAY-G beneficiary reassessment in Kamle district

Panchayat leaders of Pate zilla parishad constituency in Kamle district requested an independent inquiry and fresh reassessment of beneficiaries for Pradhan Mantri Awaas Yojana-Gramin (PMAY-G) in Pate block. Representatives noted that 472 households were checked across five GPC segments, but only 22 households were added to the list.

Demands for verification

Leaders raised concerns about the assessment process in Puchigeko CD block and asked for a review of these records:

• Household assessment records
• Physical verification reports
• Beneficiary and priority lists
• AwaasSoft data

They asked for a fresh physical verification and reassessment of eligible households in Pate-III, Pate-V, Pate-VI, Pate-VII, and Pate-VIII GPC segments, done by officials not involved in the previous work.
