CIDCO Invites Booking of PMAY Homes With ₹2.50 Lakh Subsidy Under FCFS Scheme

CIDCO has invited citizens to book available Economically Weaker Section and Non-EWS tenements under its First Come First Serve housing scheme, launched in December 2025. The scheme offers old PMAY tenements across Kharghar, Taloja, Kalamboli, Dronagiri and Bamandongari in Ulwe. Applicants can register and book directly, subject to availability.

Available locations include Taloja sectors 21, 22, 27, 34, 36 and 37, Kharghar Sector 40, Dronagiri sectors 11 and 12, Kalamboli Sector 15 and Bamandongari, Ulwe. Immediate possession will be given after completion of all payments. Prices in Taloja and Dronagiri are based on financial year 2022-23 rates.

Subsidy and verification process

Eligible EWS beneficiaries seeking the ₹2.50 lakh subsidy under Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana must complete the beneficiary attachment process on the Central Government's PMAY-MIS portal. Aadhaar details and OTP-based verification are mandatory wherever required. CIDCO has urged applicants to complete documentation and verification at the earliest.
