Check your Ayushman Bharat name and complete e-KYC online

Eligible people can check whether their names are on the Ayushman Bharat Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Yojana list through the official beneficiary portal. Log in with a mobile number, select the state and district, choose Aadhaar, ration card or family ID, then enter the details. The portal displays names and family details on the beneficiary list. Eligible people get treatment cover of up to ₹5 lakh a year.

For an eligible family member without a card, select e-KYC next to their name and verify with an Aadhaar OTP or face authentication. Submit the requested details and check the application status. After approval, download the card using the 'Download Card' option. A nearby CSC, Ayushman Mitra or empanelled government hospital can also help.
