Odisha Kalia Scheme Beneficiary List 2024, New Kalia Yojana List 2024: The state government of Odisha has released the final list of beneficiaries under Krushak Assistance for Livelihood and Income Augmentation (KALIA) scheme. Odisha KALIA Scheme List of Beneficiaries (phase wise) is now available online at kalia.odisha.gov.in or kaliaportal.odisha.gov.in. All the farmers can download the Kalia Scheme beneficiary list 2024 in PDF format to check their name in the all phase list of Kalia Yojana. The name included in this list are of all beneficiaries whose name appears in any phase of Kalia Scheme in Odisha.

This Odisha Kalia Scheme Final Phase Beneficiary List 2024 is now available and the govt. has made efforts that no single eligible farmer is excluded from this list of farmers. All the farmers who have previously filled in Green forms to include their name in the Kalia Yojana Odisha Name List can now find their names in the KALIA Yojana eight phase gram panchayat wise list of beneficiaries. Odisha govt. had earlier expanded the scope of Kalia Scheme to include landless agricultural households along with small and marginal farmers.

Odisha Kalia Yojana Installment Update

On the occasion of Nuakhai (20 Sept 2023), the Odisha government has released Rs. 900 crore as KALIA Yojana assistance to the farmers. Chief Minister released the assistance to the bank accounts of 44.56 lakh small, marginal and landless farmers. The Kalia Yojana money will be utilized for Rabi crops. Each farmer receive financial assistance of Rs. 2000 and the amount has been credited to the farmers’ bank accounts directly through the DBT mode.

CM wished everyone a happy Nuakhai and said that farmers are our glory. The Chief Minister said that till date, assistance of Rs 12,500 crore has been given to the farmers of the state under KALIA Yojana. Patnaik said that the state government is paying the premium of crop insurance for the benefit of farmers. The Chief Minister said that more than 22 lakh farmers have already registered for crop insurance this year.

Stating that the state government has planned several initiatives for agriculture, the Chief Minister advised the farmers to take advantage of this opportunity to make Odisha a prosperous state in the field of agriculture. The financial assistance is being provided to the eligible farmers’ account under KALIA Yojana twice a year on the occasions of Akshaya Tritiya and Nuakhai.

Through the implementation of KALIA Scheme, the State Government aims to lend farmers with an all-inclusive and flexible support system, ensuring accelerated agricultural prosperity.

The Cooperation department officials said the KALIA Scheme list of beneficiaries is even available at 6,799 gram panchayats (GP) across the State. The Cooperation dept. has urged all small and marginal farmers and landless agriculture labourers to visit the panchayat office and verify the list.

Odisha Kalia Yojana New Beneficiary List Expanded

Initially, the Kalia Yojana was launched to benefit 42 lakh farmer families in the state. After the win in the Odisha assembly elections, CM Naveen Patnaik has extended the scope of Krushak Assistance for Livelihood and Income Augmentation (Kalia) Yojana. This decision to extend the scope of Kalia Scheme beneficiaries was taken in the inaugural Odisha cabinet meeting held on 29th May 2019.

Now the government has announced the inclusion of 33 lakh more farmer families as beneficiaries in the Kalia Yojana New Beneficiary List. Now the target of Kalia Yojana beneficiaries has been increased to 75 lakh farmers families from the previous 42 lakh families.

• In order to make the KALIA payment process more secured and effective, we are changing the payment method and adopting Aadhaar Payment Bridge System (APBS). In this method, the KALIA benefit will be transfered to the beneficiary Bank account that is seeded with aadhaar number.
• In order to ensure the Aadhaar number provided by the KALIA beneficiary at the time of application, the eKYC process is adopted.

Kalia Barta Information Service

In order to popularize the scheme, the state govt. has started “KALIA Barta” which is an innovative information service and inaugurated a designated website www.kalia.odisha.gov.in

KALIA scheme brings around 92% of cultivators of the state under its umbrella. This includes almost all needy landless cultivators , who can avail the benefits of this scheme through Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT) Mode. Under KALIA Yojana, govt. employees, retired persons of government wings or PSUs, income tax assessees and farmers with big land holding are not eligible.

ନିକାଳିଆ ହିତାଧିକାରୀ ତାଲିକାରେ ନାମ ଥାଇ ବର୍ତ୍ତମାନ ସୁଦ୍ଧା ଯେଉଁ ମାନେ ସହାୟତା ରାଶି ପାଇ ନାହାନ୍ତି ସେମାନଙ୍କର ବ୍ୟାଙ୍କ ତଥ୍ୟ ରେ ଭୁଲ ଯୋଗୁଁ ସହାୟତା ରାଶି ପ୍ରାପ୍ତି ହୋଇ ନାହିଁ । ସେହି ହିତାଧିକାରୀ ମାନଙ୍କ ବ୍ୟାଙ୍କ ତଥ୍ୟ ପଞ୍ଚାୟତ ସ୍ତରରେ ସୁଧାର ନିମନ୍ତେ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟ ଚାଲୁ ରହିଅଛି । ସେହି ହିତାଧିକାରୀ ମାନଙ୍କୁ ଅନୁରୋଧ ସେମାନେ ତାଙ୍କର ଆଧାର କାର୍ଡ ର ନକଲ ଓ ବ୍ୟାଙ୍କ ପାସ ବହି ପ୍ରଥମ ପୃଷ୍ଠାର ନକଲ (ଯାହାକି ହିତାଧିକାରୀଙ୍କ ଚାଲୁ ସଞ୍ଚୟ ଜମା ଖାତା ହୋଇଥିବ ଏବଂ ଜନଧନ କିମ୍ବା ଲୋନ ଆକାଉଣ୍ଟ ହୋଇନଥିବ) ସଂଯୋଗ କରି ପଞ୍ଚାୟତ ନୋଡାଲ ଅଧିକାରୀଙ୍କୁ ଅନୁରୋଧ ପତ୍ର ଦିଅନ୍ତୁ ।
